Mrs. Weinstein-Berman is a real estate developer and licensed Architect, LEED AP BD+C with expertise and leadership for $300M+ of community-based real estate investment and development. Her main focus is sustainable mixed-use development, historic preservation and real estate investments dedicated to enhancing resilient communities through Smart Growth principles. Based in Miami Beach, Florida, she is grateful to work on development projects of social, historic, and economic significance at the local, state, and federal levels.

She is an advocate in civic engagement and serves on the City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board. Graduating with the Faculty Thesis Award from Columbia University in the City of New York, she earned a Master of Science in Historic Preservation with coursework in Real Estate Development and Finance at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, and received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami with a minor in Art History, with Honors.
